Tijan Balloons Excellence & Entertainment were very responsive to my inquiry to provide their services to create twisted balloon creations for my children’s birthdays. Since we were in the middle of a pandemic and not doing a huge birthday party I still wanted to do something for my children to make them feel special on their birthdays.
